You prayed for him.
I probably spend more time with her than my own family. We have cried over each others joys and hardships, fought over many a business process, laughed about a lot, hugged a lot, but most importantly, we continually lift each other up. My business (the other business, Vivid Creative) wouldn't be where it is today without her. She is my business partner.
When Jessica told me she was pregnant, I screamed with her. Her and Tyler had been trying for two years and after one loss, this baby was everything to her. She had prayed and she had waited. After a very rough pregnancy, she had baby Montgomery Todd Mitchell, all 6lbs and 8oz of him, three weeks early. I cried when I got the news that he was here and I cried again when I got to hold him. Not to take away from his real auntie Amanda, but I had been with Jess through so much of it that I felt like an auntie again.
So I might be a bit bias, but these are my favorite newborn pictures.
